I keep getting a message left at odd hours from a debt collection company looking for someone else. Despite repeated attempts to disuade them from calling me I still get an automated voicemail message. How do I block the number?

If the OP has an Android phone they can download AVG from google play which has call/text blocker as one of the built in options.
