I want to be able to cut and paste pictures into the o2 Community Forum using my mobile but without using any social media, ie Facebook. I don't have a computer so my smartphone - Note 4 - is my computer if you get my drift.

Any assistance greatly appreciated - a drink in Wanty's Place definitely...😊

Save the picture to your phone and upload it using the add photo icon while in the full edit reply page, also before you do, select desktop site from bottom of the page.

You can also long hold on the picture or text and select copy, then the same when pasting. Put the cursor where you want to insert, long press on the sreen and select paste.

Thank you @jonsie. That seems easier and I will try this. A drink in Wanty's if I get this right.

Good luck. You can also 'share a photo' and then click 'copy to clipboard', then paste it the same way by long press.

Right thank you to all of you who responded to my query: @Cleoriff, @jonsie, @Curr946. I now know what to do but have a bigger problem. I can't access either Gallery or Scrapbook to upload a picture I've saved. I get the message 'Package Installer Stopped'. I have previously had this message when I was unable to open my music and other aps on my phone.

I believe it was @MI5 who provided a solution which I saved and tried again. No luck. So I can only hope my phone rights itself as it did before. Thing is my phone is 2 years old and has been overworked by me.

I need a new phone but nothing presently interests me. And I'm fussy I only like Samsung.

So thank you again for all your help chaps but for the moment I'm stuck....😯
