For me as I can get cashback via Quidco EE is looking a better deal.

Unlim / unlim / 2gb £15.99 with £70 cash back brings equivalent to £10.17pm.

Using Quidco BT would be approx £16.40 pm for the 20gb deal. But with free bt wifi everywhere. ....

I am with bt broadband and get the wifi yes.

O2 wifi is almost non existent and I would expect o2 to close it like their broadband and sell it to Sky

Well most of the pubs in Bolton now have the Cloud wifi. O2 wifi is only available in rare isolated spots in the town centre and where it is available the signal is woeful.
