When my local mast was upgraded to 4g it took 2 weeks to get good speeds.
Don't forget to reboot your phone occasionally too to refresh the network connection.

Even in Nuneaton (Warwickshire) we have two post codes CV10 and CV11.
I'm CV10 and sadly the other one got it 2 weeks before me. I wasn't best pleased I can tell you....

What makes a difference is available bandwidth.
As it’s a new mast it won’t be at full capacity for a couple of weeks whilst it is tested and fully commissioned.
