Hi there, I'm not at all technical minded but need some help....I'm in France and for the last 4 days my phone (Samsung Galaxy mini 3) won't connect to any network at all. It's always worked here and everyone else in the house has a signal. I've manually searched available networks and 3 are available but it won't connect to any of them. I can't call O2 as my phone doesn't work and the 'live chat' service is off line.......I'm here for a month and really need my phone. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.

CS may need to add roaming to your account! thats the most logical reason why your getting no network coverage

You can't install Tugo for the first time if you don't have a mobile signal as they need to send a text to your phone to activate it (bizarre but true) !!

christ yeah u need that activation key! then they should use the landline number to call customer services that would be the best way forward then but i do think they need to have roaming activated and thats whats causing the issue..
