im in SN5 5PB and yesterday and again this morning i have not been able to make or receive phone calles and use the internet, the only thing that seems to work is text.  im on 3G can you please let me know what is happening in this area

The status checker shows it's all ok in your area you may be best contacting customer services via live chat if you can't on the phone there may be a problem they don't know about yet also if you can try switching your phone to 2g only and see if that helps

Snap !

I'd first remove your sim , clean it, re insert and turn the phone back on to see if your phone connects better to the network.

And or try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.
