Hearing aid compatible headphones for Android (Moto G5)?

I know they're available from the RNID but they're prohibitively expensive, would I be able to get conventional headphones that are compatible without paying 3-5 times the price for specialist equipment?

I'm aware of and have used Google.

Pretty sure I saw wireless ones on that website too, @Anonymous. Price rises, though... See this one, refurb'd: https://www.headset-store.co.uk/hearing-aid-compatible-hac-headsets/plantronics-savi-8220-m-cordless...
