Has anyone actually recieved their iphone 7 yet?

I'm seeing lots of noise from unhappy people who eithere are;t being told anything or hve been tld their phone is delayed. my ordr confirmation email was at 08.12 on 9th but my order is still in progress, with no tracking information, no texts or emails. I've spoken to Chat last night and they couldn;t have been any more non commital. "It may arrive, it may not" "I can't promise anything" "it'll be delivered by UK Mail but I don't have any tracking details".

So, out of interest..has anyone actually recieved their new phone yet? Anyone who didn;t get tracking details and who's order still just shows as "in progress"?

If I've paid early upgrade (£20) but my bill would've been due in 4 days, do I have  right to cancel if it's not been delired yet? I find it very harsh that I've paid the £20 to get the 7+ only to not get it before my final bill would've been due anyway!

Anyone know?

I personally don't understand how Apple/02 can launch a new phone and it not be available.. Why not just put the date back until next month for launch.. Im not fussed about waiting I'd rather just know it's not coming than know nothing at all..

The final payment you'd of been paying anyway as part of your bill.. You aren't out of pocket you just aren't paying your handset charge and just paying your line rental

So, I've juts called and to her Credit, the lady i spoke to was loveley. Really understanding

Howvere, she basically had to say "Sorry to eb so vague but we have no idea and in all honesty,.it could be upto 6 weeks."

I think thats a worst case scenario but really totally unacceptable. It still could arriev today but they just have no idea what he heck is going on.

i ordered my iphone 7 black 32gb at lunch time on the 9th and i have just had a text saying it is going to be delivered saturday by uk mail!

Update

Finally spoke to someone on live chat and there is no stock of the iphone 7 plus, so far i've not seen anyone get a dispatch email for the Plus so did O2 actually order any?

Just received an email saying that my order had been processed and is dispatched. They provided me with a DPD tracking number but DPD seem to have no record of the reference so its a little strange. Anyone else had that?

The 7 Plus isn't available for 6 weeks mininum. It says this when you order it & they also told me this instore. The 7 gets delivered in the order it was ordered so if you ordered straight away then you'll get it before someone that ordered later.

I ordered the 7 on Tuesday & got a text from O2 last night saying that they haven't received it yet & that they will contact me again on Tuesday to update me.

People need to have a bit of patience, it's a brand new phone, what do you expect?!

I got told when i ordered my 7 plus on the phone that it would arrive on the 16th my friend has just had theirs delivered?

Id expect a company not to lie?
