Great O2 Customer service

I would like to thank Norma who's been working non stop to get hold of dpd today. The driver went to the wrong house, which was no fault of O2, so I haven't received my parcel but Norma kept ringing them for 2 more hours but still no reply from the driver. Norma tried everything to get it re-delivered. So please someone pass on my many thanks. Great customer service.
