That will vary on people's individual experience. EE have UK call centres but they are the most expensive network
People say Tesco Mobile are good.
I've only ever phoned a network once in the last 4 years and that was Vodafone which people say are bad, but were OK with me.
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
