Gift 5 GB Data

Dear Mr/ Mrs,
I paid 15£ on 15 th May. But O2 hasn’t still send my gift 5 GB data. I am disappointed. Please sort it out . Probably, if O2 doesn’t change this situation, I will change my Operator.

Is this the additional 5GB of data.

If so then it wont show until you have used all your current data allowance.

If not then you need to call customer services on 4445 from your PAYG phone.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

O2 was giving me 5 GB data as a gift every month when I uploaded contours.
