Hello guys Wave

This topic is where you can ask and suggest what content you would like to see under the Community Knowledge Base: “How-To-Guides” and “Reviews”

What content do you think is missing that might help?

  • What How-To-Guides would you like the community to create?
  • What content should be added or reviewed?
  • What news or information would you like to hear from O2?
  • Any special device review you will like to read?

Share your thoughts and thanks a lot in advance! Feedback

Your feedback

  • "Coming soon articles" on new devices @Anonymous > Would be added to Welcome & News
  • "Firmware & software updates@MI5 @madasaf1sh > Would be added to Welcome & News

Hello guys, we have some feedback already!

About  "Coming soon section" and "Firmware & software updates section", it looks like there is not enough content but O2 will start adding this information under Welcome and news section instead. Wave

With respect, nothing we ever suggest gets implemented, so why do o2 bother asking us?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

My point exactly and yet we still make suggestions that are completely ignored.

Yes Community Ideas was good in theory...but ended up frustrating those who posted very good ideas and were ignored...

Totally agree, mine was great and the are still folk asking about capped plans.

I tend not to put much (any) effort into ideas now.

@jonsie

You know when your local council put a change out for "consultation" ?

Then when all the replies from the residents go against what the council think you realise the council have already decided what they want and you know the "consultation" was just a sham.

But it does increase the 'post count'...thereby making the council (forum) look active and interested in customers opinions
