I have just recieved my s7 without the free wireless headphones that were supposed to be part of the deal?

The terms and conditions clearly stated you could apply 14 days after purchase of the phone.

It is to ensure you don't get the headset and decide to send the phone back...

There should be information in the box telling you how to claim after the 14 day change of mind period.
