Is there fraudulent workers working in o2 call centres?? Everytime i ring up they say i owe money which i have already paid, they refuse to take my bank reference transaction number for the payments made as evidence, and usher me to pay the bill again when its already been paid. I have rang 4 times, the money has been taken my bank account by o2 but costumer services refuse to look into it and state that i owe the money again, one worker said i can see on the system that you have paid it and al forward you onto someone to rectify it and they start with the you owe it again. I think their might be scammers working in the over seas call centres.....and not one of them can understand what i am saying or explaining to them. Obviously they cannot a use the computer system properly either 🙄

Problem is the payment system seems to have some serious problems at the moment.

It's not scammers but a broken system compounded by agents who appear to be incompetent 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
