Not long off phone to customer service to be told I have 3 account running plus thay also charged me for retuning a watch that I was sold misleading to me. Plus to top all this off thay still charged me full amount of item that I gave back. This is definitely my last contract with o2. Iv looked on my bank account n up been right o2 have been putting charges on my account.

Sorry to hear that, @Jondo.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all transactions with O2 coming from your bank account are correct, and liaise with O2 to address any discrepancies as you discover them - a bit like the line on your tyre replacement bill that says "please check all tyre pressures and wheel nut tightness after 100miles of travel to ensure everything is correct and safe".
