Last week I had major problems with my emails on my laptop. I used Incredimail and BT Yahoo mail. Anyway got it all sorted as my husband took them both off and started me on Outlook email....which is ok as it does what I want it to....
All that aside I have noticed a change to emails when informing me of PM's. In the past it was a simple email to say '*Joe Bloggs* has sent you a PM in the O2 community'....you then had to log on to read it.
Now I am getting the same email but if I scroll down the email I can actually read the PM...without logging on at all?.... Very strange. Is this because i have changed to Outlook or what...??

If you remember at start of the year, they asked us what features we wanted.
One of them was having pm content in the mail notification like other lithium communities.
I guess they have now implimented it.
Sorry for the delay in replying but it appears the forum went down. Sending this to see if back on

OK...so here's a question..(as I am technophobically challenged Haha) What about the security of these PM's
If I can read the content online in my email... as it is 'open'.....can the moderation team read them also?

Only you get the email notification from an automated system.
I understand that @viridis ...I know my notification doesn't go to anyone but me...that's not what I asked though I wondered if community staff... who could be scanning down a users pm's (without opening them) could actually read what was written. ie if I can....then maybe they could?
