Just incase anyone is in a situation where they need to make a claim, and you are told to request a usage report from o2. I would highly advise to be very cautious about this. It’s very unreliable and can result in you spending many hours making phone calls, writing emails, and logging into this forum. Pm me if you need advice about it, I will be happy to share my experience if it can save anyone the time and stress I’ve went through!

The media have a choice to publish or not. If they publish , 99% of the shamed business usually agree to refund the customer they have wronged. If they don’t publish then I’m quite happy to go to court with it as it’s really a disgrace . It seems o2 are holding out as long as possible but they can’t win. They are in the wrong here and I’m pretty sure they know it.
