Back in may you were looking into why the o2 usage report was incorrect. You never got back to me and it seems you have disabled pm’s now.
Was that at the request of o2?
I’m pretty sure you are aware that o2 have a serious fault with the usage reports. They know it too, but are choosing to shirk their responsibilities. I’ve posted a letter to the daily mail and I’ve prepared my case for ombudsman now. Do you have anything further to add to this or are you still looking into it ?
