I just upgraded from iOS to android and only realised today that the esim pack i received last time to use on my iPhone can’t be used on my new android device. It’s 9 pm Friday evening and after trying my old pack 2/3 times i can’t install the same pack anymore even on my iphone. This is really frustrating that even after logging-in on my O2 app, i can’t order an instant esim profile that could possibly be send over my registered email address in few hours & i don’t have to wait for 2/3 days to get it. Now my both phones are useless due to O2 obsolete technology. They really need to upgrade their technology so that customers like me atleast request esim profile online and they should send QR code that could be used atleast once.

Otherwise, take photo id and phone and pop into an O2 shop today, they will do it all for you. Take the package from your earlier eSIM with you if it helps, @Sumit1.
