Hi,
I'm within a month from the end of my 24 month contract - my bill includes airtime + handset cost at the moment. I'm quite happy to stay with O2 without any upgrade at the moment - will future bills be deducted for handset cost (as it is going to be paid off)? Should I contact O2 or it will be done automatically?
Thanks for any replies

Future bills should automatically just be for the airtime. Keep your eye on My O2.

Yes as soon as you make the last CCA payment for the handset you only pay the airtime tariff on a rolling 30 day basis

Mine was stopped automatically without any problems.
MyO2 now states "Device Plan has ended"
