Solved: Email service

So I received an email from O2 webcare team. At the bottom of the email it says:

If you have a query about your service please visit www.o2.co.uk/help or email us at mailto:mycare@o2mail.co.uk where it will receive our attention.
Regards, O2 Customer Care

Guess what happens when you send an email to that address???

Hello, Thanks for your email, but we have now shut down our email support service.

What is the point of putting that as a footer, if the email address isn't monitored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it stopped a while ago.

Time the site was updated tbh

Now you can either call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or use http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain/complain

And just to add, the last email I got had that reply address and also informed me that I could also Ask Lucy who sadly passed away some 2 years ago. That email was received less than one month ago!
