I have had an issue with o2 watch data plan for over 6 months.
I have emailed complaints no reply
spoke to advisers via the phone, app and X.
they are unable to resolve my issue, won’t rever me to technical competent team to support.
I can’t speak to complaints or management, and no one ever calls me back as promised.
Issue now going through the ombudsman
genuinely don’t think they have a complaints team anymore

@Silverill - possibly swamped, possibly non-existent, who knows? 🤷
If you've allowed 8 weeks for a complaint to be processed, during which time not a soul in O2 CS will touch you, so to speak, then you can escalate to the Ombudsman now. Good luck!
