Disney+ Subscription disappeared

Hi - when I upgraded my device last month I was offered 6 free months of Disney+ which I chose as my free add-on. I have only had the service for a few days and now the app is asking me to pay £7.99 a month and saying my subscription is invalid. I also can no longer see the add-on on my O2 account. Has this offer been withdrawn?

@Spacepope  No it's not been withdrawn. Also if it was part  of your upgrade O2 would honour that.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
