How can I prevent my son going adding a data bolt on to his account when notified he's running out of data. The account is paid by me but I can't seem to prevent him adding to his package.

This is an unusual one. You could ring O2 and change tariff...
Or do it yourself via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If this doesnt suit the other option is.make him pay the extra...:smileywink:

Or give him a pay as you go sim & once he's run out of allowances & credit that's his lot

Take away the privilege and put him on payandgo. I'm sorry to say but it's down to parenting ultimately.
