I recently (3/9) rejoined O2 after many years with EE taking up a pay monthly contract. I've had to call customer services a couple of times since then and noticed that their customer service line is almost designed to direct you to online help then cut you off. Is this just an issue brought on by the Covid pandemic and reduced staff availability (which is understandable) or is this normal service ? One thing I'll say about EE, their customer service was outstanding.... Hopefully I've not made a huge mistake switching.....

Shouldn't need them much at all and there's always us for anything that doesn't need account changes @CJ2020
