This is the worst service i have ever experinced it might as well be a BOT on the other end asking the same stupid questions and not being helpful at all.

 

I have now spent over 5 hours in chat with differant agents to do a simple sim SWAP.

 

I have asked to just cancel all my account but even that seems imposasible to acheive. and threatened with getting bad credit even though o2 are in breach.

 

Current call has already been over an hour to get through secuity after o2 have yet again failed to do the SIM swap, there is no checking history and sorting it is go through it all again.

 

Wosrt experince ever absolute joke of a customer service team and complaints department.
