This depends on o2's contractual arrangements with Experian.

Most major companies go monthly but they can also go two monthly, three monthly or even six monthly.

The information o2 send in will be attached to your credit file for the relevant period even if it were sent in six months late. If o2 have not sent data in to Experian then your credit file is not affected in any way, it does not mean late payment or non payment so I am struggling to see the issue here?

You'll just have to keep onto O2 I guess.
Have they said they will update your file?

The email I got back was to send them my O2 number, full name and address, and that they will get back in touch within 10 days

I am not surprised July's report has not yet been processed to Experian. It is only 2nd August.

In reality these reports are sent electronically once month end accounting has been completed, most likely during week 3 of the following month.

It certainly would not be sent in the first couple of days of the month.

If the OP is reporting that his/her info is being reported late then they are being unreasonable and are incorrect. The requirements for sending these files take time as they have to be accurate and may need reconciliation.

Ok fair enough about julys reports, but it still doesn't explain why June reports wasn't done in time.
