Unfortunately I cannot access twitter from work and do so normally via my iPhone. However as I cannot access any data services via my iPhone I am unable to receive these notifications from O2.
Why can't O2 simply update their website with this information as well is beyond me. But many thanks to others like prking who are updating those like me on the situation via the various forums.

....why cant people accept that faults happen *sigh* and before people get uppity saying "we pay for the service"...so do i, but ou dont see me complaining...
.. faults happen, you cant expect perfect coverage, 100% of the time 365 days a year, systems update and change, there will be glitches...its inevitable
