Contract cancelled in Feb but DD payment keep going on?????!!!

My O2 30 days rolling contrat was cancelled on the 15th Feb but O2 carry on charge me in March as well as April until I realise today and cancel the direct debit with the bank. I need a refund!

Thank you guys... Ihave finally found the O2 complaint email address!! 

 

As it was done via the webchat agent backin Feb, have kept copy of the transcript. Will forward it to them as proof. Luckily I got some time today to check my bank. Otherwist I would not have noticed they are still taking money from my account! Should always cancel the DD after you cancel/close an account with a company. I always do that but forgot about it this time!

You need to check that cancellation went through, give them a ring.

Definitely speak to them and if you want to keep your number aask for your PAC or to be transferred to P&G.

You shouldn't need that and we could have told you where it was.

 

O2 will happily refund you but cancelling the DD might cause a problem.
