Contract Cancellation

My contract ends on the 27th December and i do not wish to continue it. do i have to phone up o2 30 days before and tell them? i have only one bill left to pay which is on the 11th of December. reason i am leaving is because i want to go back on pay as you go.

Yes, call 30 days before. You will still get a final bill 30 days later but if you've not used the contract after the end data you will get a refund.
