Why are phone companies the absolute worst people in the world ( O2 IN PARTICULAR) when ever you have a problem I have spent hours and hours over the years trying to solve various problems but I always end up having to travel to a branch and speak to a operative, even then you don’t always get the solution you require.
These companies treat us like numties whilst at the same time milking our accounts of billions and billions of pounds

@Bellangry

Why don't you spend some time making complaints? I agree with you by the way! If you complain you could find yourself with a few goodwill gestures from these companies.

Here's the complaint info for O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain It pays to use Resolver in the complaint info.

Best of luck.

Why not apply to work for o2 and pass on your knowledge? I believe they recruit part time staff...  and inpart all the knowledge you have of the mobile phone world...
