Contacting o2 by email

Hiya everyone....

I have contacted o2 via the webchat to try and resolve a possible "fraudulent" matter. I was given an email address so I could send the relevant details. However, when I tried to send the email (twice), I had them returned (twice). I contacted another adviser and he said I had to go through the "Contact Us" section which, when I looked, does not appear to have any email section.

 

Has anyone had the same problem and if so, how did they send an email ??

If it's a fraudulent matter then I wouldn't discuss it with the webchat team.

 

Give CS a call tomorrow on 202 from an O2 contract, 4445 from a Pay As You Go or 0844 809 0202 from any other phone. They will take the details from you and refer it to the Fraud team who will call you back within a few days to discuss it fully with you.

 

Hope it's nothing too serious!
