Please help I need to speak to someone at O2 and have been ringing and ringing and there is no answer, I held on for over 20mins and that was from a landline. I cannot manage to get hold of anybody either online or on the phone.

That's a lame excuse when their systems irrespective of My O2, will show what type of phone and it's IMEI number that the sim is being used in. They know immediately if you use a different phone.

It's a Sony supplied by Sony Service as a replacement and occording to Sony O2 should be able to provide the code required.

Check it with another sim first.....

Sorry, I should have replied to that line as well. I have  tried another network sim and my Sony asks for a code.

With regard to "I am waiting for a fourth with my fingers crossed but not holding my breath." previous post. This promise made yesterday, was to call be back today after 1pm and was made by a guy with a south Yorkshire accent so I still have to wait another 5 hours with fingers crossed.

We have someone who works for O2 and posts here in a personal capacity at weekends. @Anonymous. She may be able to help you. I have mentioned her name in my post. She should be back online just after 9am @bidefordjohnboy
