Constant Pop Up on Forum

Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this 

No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes... 

How can I kill the damn things...

Agreed @pgn, I seem to have encountered it dozens of times today !

Twice this afternoon the bastid pop-up has taken the focus away from the answer box but not come cleanly up enough to present the "X" to send it packing - necessitating a full screen refresh and loss of partial answer.

When can we be rid of it? It has just reappeared there now, so forgive my invective at it, summed up below! Aaargh!
