Constant Pop Up on Forum

Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this

No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes... 

How can I kill the damn things...

No offence to the o2 guys but it should be a tick box, and the same one as the one they ticked to turn the *********** thing on... 

And if not get a dev, give them a couple cups of red bull and tell them to crack on...

It's the standard crap that we get spun regularly when we have an issue with something.

The reality is that they have no intention of removing / fixing it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As we say when a something is awkward, and sits in a queue, wait for the user to leave or the Business Unity to close , the the fault is then fixed

O2 are happily aware of the frequency of the pop-up and it serves it's purpose and usefullness for the millions of one-time visitors to the O2 website.

Just how many of these visitors actually fill in this waste of space survey is anyone's guess

I suppose those idiots who could in reallity untick the box can't find their ass in the dark

As with everything O2 these days: persistence. 

And by 'eck, that popup is a persistent wee blighter.

Fill it in, and try again - takes your answers and spits them back at you with a "You stupid boy, you have already filled this in, what do you take me for?".

Yeah. Right. Checkbox. Probably a radio button. 🤦

The other question @jonsie is what do O2 actually do with the information that they gather ? I suspect that the answer is very little, unless someone knows otherwise ?

Come on. This thread is only coming up for 11 months old. It would be a shame if it didn't reach it's First Birthday party.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
