Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this
No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes...
How can I kill the damn things...

Thanks for the info about deleting your tracking cookies @Bambino. I'll add this info to the support ticket we have open. Can you also let me know the browser, web or mobile that you are using to access the community and if you accepted the cookie prompt?
@pgn no update on a fix so far. Due to the issue affecting a relatively small number of users it's not as simple as flipping a switch in the admin settings and it can take a while to track down exactly what's causing the popup to present so frequently for certain users only.
I'll give you all an update on this topic as soon as I have any news or if I need additional info from you.

@Martin-O2 It's mainly on the Edge browser on my desktop. Also keeps logging me off on a regular basis with no pattern to it. Not happening on my mobile at all.

OK. After a bunch of weird "string too long" errors earlier, I am now getting these popups on Desktop Chrome as well (Win 10 22H2, Chrome Version 111.0.5563.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)):
I have filled it in, once, we'll see what happens.

It is still getting on my nerves too, it seems like a web dev is too lazy to code properly, or someone has set an incorrect value in the settings..
It should have been fixed by now.. 😞

Any movement on how to dispense with the really annoying "Tell us what you think" pop-up?
It has become a regular feature on the O2 Forum, it seems - no such interruption on the VM side of the house! @Breanna or @Martin-O2 (an early 'welcome back', hope you had a great holiday, btw, Martin 😎)

Interesting that I get these on my Tablet quite frequently but not on my phone.
Both running Android 13 an Chrome browser

Chrome, Firefox or Samsung browsers, makes no difference
I thought that having 7 weeks away that it would be fixed by now
