I have spent over an hour trying to complain to O2 via email and have found it impossible. I've been receiving what I see as 'nuisance calls' from O2. I was contacted a few weeks ago by an O2 operative and offered an upgrade. I was torn between two phones and arranged for her to call me back on a Friday, after 5 o'clock. I explained that I did not want to be contacted during the day as I am a teacher and would obviously be in my classroom. I have an elderly mother who lives alone and is unwell, hence I leave my phone switched on in case she needs to contact me. I was unable to take the call on the Friday. For two weeks after that I received calls every hour on the hour throughout every day and evening. Since the calls came up as 'Private Number' I rejected them as I do not answer such calls. Eventually I got so fed up that I did answer only to find that it was the O2 operative. She admitted having been the person making all of the calls. They were annoying and disrupted my teaching. I told her this and asked her not to call again. Not surprisingly, I now have peace to do my job! Why do the O2 operatives listen to instructions? I am seriously considering leaving O2. I am so angry that they make it so difficult to complain online. None of their options allow complaints of this nature.
