Has anyone on here ever complained via email? I've been having problems and going over the phone is getting me nowhere so I've resorted to emails just so I have a record of communications and I'm not sure how long I should wait before expecting a reply?
Thanks!

Have you been emailing complaintreviewservice@o2.com? If you've made a complaint over the phone that hasn't been resolved to you satisfaction then they're the next department you contact. They usually get back to you in about a week.

When you contact them make sure you tell them your full name, address and password on the account otherwise they email you to ask this information then you have to wait another few days for an answer back.
I think they do this on purpose so people give up.
But TBH they are not much help on email either

They do it to verify that you are who you say you are.

Thanks everyone, they weren't that much help really lol, kinda ignored my main complaint and focused on the bit I didn't care that much about. (My fault for including I guess). Anyway cheers for the replies!

I've been having problems with O2 regarding my contract so have spoke to CS on numerous occasions. I was given the Customer Service Review email address and told I'd get a reply in 24 hours. So I emailed last Monday (19/12/11) and am still awaiting a reply. I tweeted O2 on Friday (23/12/11)and through DM they gave me another email address. I then emailed that address and am also awaiting response. I understand it's Christmas but any idea on when I should expect a reply? I'm getting increasing annoyed at how O2 are treating their customers recently.
Thanks.

It can take 7-10 days before you get a reply so have patience and they will respond to your complaint. Did you get an auto response for your email which would verify that they received your complaint?
