I purchased a google pixel 8 pro from O2 & at the point of purchasing they confirmed that I can claim the watch from their site & when I tried to claim it after 14 days, O2 chat department told me that I cant claim it from their site (link is also not visible in their site). That is ridiculous they told various things until they do their business & after the business they don't even support the customer's request. Really disappointed about their customer service & after-sales service.
