Your customer service is very bad and your salesman cheat on me by giving me wrong deal in reading town Centre his name his zaki he’s an Asian guy he deal with me broadband and o2 sim and it’s cost he said to me 29 but now it’s to much it’s costing me now around 51.I visited several times to store to meet with zaki store manager but the staff always said he’s not here or he’s on off so what can I do now because I can’t afford this and take strict action against him. If you and your company wanna know all situation then please call on this number I will tell you whole conversation.I hope you will contact me soon.

£51-odd sounds ok for an O2 SIM and VM Broadband, @Cheat - you should have got a contract on the VM site that will tell you exactly what you signed up for wrt broadband, and similar for O2, assuming it is not a PAYG SIM card.
