On the 27th of July, I called the customer service to upgrade my phone. The order was completed from your office but i noticed the accessories i am to get on discount with the order was not placed. I notified the agent attending to me and he promised to add the accessories before my order is shipped out and he has placed a note on my order. Now calling the sale term and i was told no note was placed on my order and i cant get the accessories at a discounted price and i have to pay full.
