Hi,
I've used the O2 online chat a number of times; it's very helpful.
All this morning, however, all one can see is the Give us a moment while we check is someone is available placeholder.
Does O2 still offer this chat service any more, or is there somthing different/broken in my own browser set-up (although I can't imagine what)?

Thanks. I exited browser (Edge) and reloaded, logged in again, and bingo, I'm now chatting happily.
Weird, but at least I won't get caught out like that again.

@Chat-is-cheapEdge causes many problems for anything O2 related
