Hi
I've just returned fron a caravan touring holiday in france. On checking my mobile phone bill, I found that there were 17 calls to a firm in my home town in england. I've never heard of this firm and made no calls to them. O2 don't believe me and insist that I made thes calls from my phone and from my SIM.
As a gesture of goodwill they have given me half the cost back, so it's only cost me about £6 so the money is not important. However, someone has stolen this from me and I would like to know how it's been done. O2 say it's impossible, but someone out there knows how to do it.
Has anyone any thoughts on this?

If no voicemail on that excludes that issue.

I've just had this very same issues.
Calls to two numbers over two days lasting hours when I've been at work, with my phone. O2 say this is impossible and won't even give me a gesture of good will!
It's added £40 to my bill. What can I do about this. I've explained to them that I can guarantee by my movement that I couldn't have made those calls as I was in meetings (with my phone).
What can be done??

The only other case in this thread was never shown to be a case of incorrect charging, so maybe you should have started a new thread.
You can only make a formal complaint to O2 giving them all the details:
