Just a thought, but maybe the order of the FAQs (link below) could create the wrong impression re. network reliability etc. - perhaps shift How to get your PAC code and How to cancel your contract a bit further down the list....

Thanks for the mention @Bambino and thanks for the feedback on the FAQ page @Projectionist. You have a really good point, we haden't considered how the order of the guides might affect peoples perception of the network.
We'll reorder the FAQ's to a more positive order!
