Is anyone else having trouble accessing their my o2 I just get a message Oops something gone wrong

Just tried online and via the app.

 

Mines ok via app

 

Online i get that message

Mine does it from time to try. If I try again later it's usually OK.

I find I get the oops message if the data signal isn't strong enough and always when using 2g signal.
