Cannot Access My O2 on PC

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi!  Today when I try to access My O2 on my PC using Internet Explorer 11 it fails to work and in fact it crashes my browser.  However, if I go to www.o2.co.uk I can sign in successfully to O2 Community, but if I try to access My Account from there it also results in a spectacular crash.

Good old reliable O2!   Anyone else having any problems?

@Toby  et al - Glad to end the week on a high note.  Access to my O2 account has been miraculously restored after being unobtainable for several hours.  Oh the mysteries of IE11!

I use Chrome and have just checked - Logged on OK without any problems.

Thanks @MI5 and @jonsie  -  Problem seems to be specific to IE.  Strange that I can get into the Community but not to My Account.

Thanks for the feedback @browni    That's an interesting way to express it ("falls over gracefully") -  I think it smacks more of another fall from grace for O2,  which has a somewhat different ambience.  Smiley Mad
