Thank you. That's really naughty of the provider isn't it. I've not had a d good time with them so far and I'm still waiting on a credit on mine and my husbands accounts for no service for 4 days that's not materialised. Should have stayed with tesco.

Hi

I don't use mms due to the 40p charge so normally use iMessage to other iPhone users or what app or viber.

Hope you get your credit ASAP.

There are much cheaper and better options these days than MMS messages if you have a smartphone.
Assuming you have a data allowance or wifi connection you can send pictures for free or even email them.
What phone do you have as the options do vary by device?
Also, I'd give CS a call on 202 (free) and remind them gently about the "refund" you have been promised wink
Good luck and let us know how you get on please....

I have a Samsung S5 and really like it did have an iPhone but got so fed up with the constant updates. The problem was it was not a picture I sent it was quite a long text to 14 friends about our Christmas party. It wouldn't let me send it too all 24 people in one go so I sent it to two at a time then copied and pasted the message to the next two etc. That's why I'm so annoyed x

Hi

Your phone should be able to send a message to more than two people at a time.

Perhaps a glitch.

Have you tried again recently.

It is recommended on the mms link I added earlier in the thread not to send to more than 25 people at a time ,and break the message up into smaller batches.

What were the constant updates on your iPhone ? Unless you mean App Updates which is pretty much the same on all Smartphones.

There is still a size limit to MMS messages so if it was too long and to too many people it could fail.
I many circumstances such as yours an email would be more suitable.....

Spent 1.5 hours on "Chat" as no-one was answering the phone this morning andfinally have two reference numbers confirming they will refund both the £3 each for no service plus the £4.33 charge for the MMS messages that weren't actually MMS messages. Still waiting for it to show up on My O2 billing but fingers crossed it will happen this month as i finally have reference numbers. This has all been so bloomin' fristrating, I am finding there is no customer service from o2 😞

Shocked
