Hi anyone else cancelled there airtime plan when prices were going up and kept there device plan going ... I thought that was what I had arranged with 02 only now to be told I'm in debt as I've cancelled my agreement load of whobbish

You had 30 days to cancel your airtime plan from the date you were notified
As the device plan is a loan and the price is not rising that continues
If you have a problem you need to talk to payment management
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It seems to be a recurring theme when airtime is cancelled as an option due to the impending price rise
You need to speak to payment management who will have to set up a payment plan for the device as the original agreement can't be reinstated
