Can't manage Disney+ Extra on my account page.

Hi all,
I just bought a new device and got the 6 months Disney+ (standard tier) "extra".

I already have a Disney + Premium account so I'd like to delete the extra (or upgrade to Premium so I can delete my existing Disney sub), but when I try to mage extras I just get a black panel where the option screen should be:

I've tried several different browswers on two computers (a PC and a Macbook), also tried the ios app, but the panel is blacnk on all devices.

Any suggestions please? (apart from ring ing customer support)

Best to give it a a day or so, to allow for it to catchup, you dont need to cancel your existing Disney Plus account, just cancel the extra and then wait till your end date passed on Disney Plus, and then use your extra to get your 6mths again etc


I have done this a few times, and patience is the key.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Thanks for the reply madasaf1sh.
The extra was activated 14 days ago and the page shows that I have it - but there's just a blank panel as shown here:

...which means I can't manage the extra.
The panel is definitely supposed to be a link as it enlarges when I mouse over it.

If anyone who has any extras could try it I'd be really grateful,
just go to the Extras/Active tab  in "My Extras" and see what happens.



I've tried in two more browsers since first posting and it's broken on all devices/browsers.
