@Kazza-63 the link in the guide, shared above, to take you to the part of O2 website that tells you what bolt-ons work is broken - you need to go here ( https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad ) and select the country and O2 service (Contract or PAYG) that you have to see what bolt-ons will help you manage your costs while travelling. Good luck!

Note for @Dave-O2 - the "Tips and Tricks" section of the Guide: Roaming MegaGuide in the para below has a wrong/dead link, if you can check and amend please

  • Check your tariff: If your destination isn't in our Europe Zone or Travel Inclusive Zone, don’t worry. Make sure you opt in to O2 Travel which for many destinations outside of these, will help lower the cost. Check out which countries are included here.

@Dave-O2 Doesn't answer anything. I've pinged him several times on various Rings to Divert to Voicemail threads over the last few days, with no response...?!

Yes, Apple's vertical integration I like; but no fanboi, critical eyes kept firmly open.

Mainly because it is technically not his job and has to fit these things in amongst other duties.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
